Les Amants de Septembre Rosé
The subtle blend of two grape varieties from the September harvest which intertwine, intertwine like lovers to create a wine with personality. The grape varieties can be classic, conventional and/or atypical (Tanat, Petit Verdot), hybrids such as Marselan (Cabernet-Sauvignon – Grenache noir), Caladoc (Grenache Noir – Malbec)… This brand opens up the possibility of blending grape varieties from different wine regions and to enhance French know-how. Tasting note: The finesse and freshness of Cinsault blend perfectly with the fruitiness and balance of Grenache. A brilliant pale pink wine with a very elegant and intense nose, with floral and fruity notes followed by a nice freshness bringing a light spring character. The ample and balanced mouth develops on this beautiful fruity structure and is supported in the finish by a minty hint of remarkable length.
Served between 8 and 11°C, it will be very pleasant in all circumstances. As an aperitif with tapas, as well as at the table, as an accompaniment to salads, shellfish and shellfish, a meat plancha, grilled fish, and even with a dessert such as a fresh fruit salad.
